We had a great experience with Thayer Homes. It’s been almost 2 years that we have lived in our house and it’s been fantastic. We survived the hot summer and snowy winter and the house performed great. Also, our electric and gas bills are lower than in the apartment we lived in before. The Thayer team was always responsive, helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new home.

I bought a home from Thayer around a year ago. I would recommend a Thayer home to anyone, I am very pleased. They included a lot of extra details many other homes on the market did not: crown molding, tray ceiling in the master, beautiful door casings, painted doors and the best shower I've ever used, to name a few. Their attention to detail shows.
