We had a great experience with Thayer Homes. It’s been almost 2 years that we have lived in our house and it’s been fantastic. We survived the hot summer and snowy winter and the house performed great. Also, our electric and gas bills are lower than in the apartment we lived in before. They included a lot of extra details many other homes on the market did not: crown molding, tray ceiling in the master, beautiful door casings, painted doors and the best shower I've ever used, to name a few. Their attention to detail shows.
