We survived the hot summer and snowy winter and the house performed great. Also, our electric and gas bills are lower than in the apartment we lived in before. They included a lot of extra details many other homes on the market did not: crown molding, tray ceiling in the master, beautiful door casings, painted doors and the best shower I've ever used, to name a few.
