I bought a home from Thayer around a year ago. I would recommend a Thayer home to anyone, I am very pleased. They included a lot of extra details many other homes on the market did not: crown molding, tray ceiling in the master, beautiful door casings, painted doors and the best shower I've ever used, to name a few. Their attention to detail shows. The warranty manager, Donovan, was great to deal with. He responded to emails day and night and solved the few issues we had quickly.
